About UpStreme Artists
     Who we are, what we're doing, and who's helping us get away with it.

UpStreme Artists is an independent record label from the Upper Mississippi River Valley, featuring regional talent and specializing in all-original music from the great heartland of America.

The goal here is, first and foremost, to create a place where my friends and I can help each other get our work done. In the long term we intend to provide full in-house support for our artists at every stage of the creative process, from the initial inception of an idea all the way through to retail-ready product, marketing and promotion.

It's not going to be easy and it isn't going to happen overnight.
We moved into UpStreme World Headquarters in June and began assembling the recording studio in earnest in the fall of 2007. With the help of contributing staffers Texas Kevin Hardage, Danny Callan and Tim Caswell the system is finally beginning to take shape. Test tracking will begin any day now and we have several projects slated for the winter months to help us work the bugs out.
